The world's only academy with hands-on training in both actual rig and intervention well operations. A non-profit technical training hub established in 2016 by Saudi Aramco and industry stakeholders to support the upstream energy sector and Saudi Aramco contractors by providing globally competitive drilling professionals who are academically and vocationally competent through quality education. With a campus spanning 72,000 square meters, it features training wells, workshops, simulators, labs, and state-of-the-art facilities. The academy emphasizes career progression and invests in lifelong learning. SADA's vision is to lead the industrial education globally, incorporating advanced technology and fostering HSE standards. SADA is one of the institutes under the National Center for Strategic Partnerships, approved and licensed by the Technical Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC). In addition to TVTC, HRDF and Saudi Aramco, SADA has 31 stakeholders.
