Visa information

All international attendees must obtain a valid Saudi visa prior to arrival unless exempt under Saudi entry regulations. Visa support is available to delegates and exhibitors who have completed online registration via the 25ᵗʰ WPC Energy Congress registration dashboard.

Access to the venue is granted to all registered attendees. A valid passport, national ID, or resident ID must be presented to collect the event badge.

However, all attendees are strongly encouraged to complete their registration online in advance to ensure a smoother and faster check-in experience.
