Where and when is the Congress being held?
The 25ᵗʰ WPC Energy Congress will take place from 26 – 30 April 2026 at the Riyadh Front Exhibition & Conference Center (RFECC), King Khalid International Airport Road, Riyadh 13413, Saudi Arabia.
Who is eligible to register for the 25ᵗʰ WPC Energy Congress?
The Congress welcomes delegates across the energy sector, including industry leaders, government representatives, technical experts, students, and media professionals.
Are there registration options for students?
Yes, dedicated registration options are available for students. Pre-registration is strongly recommended to secure access.
Can I register my company’s delegates as a group?
Yes, group registrations of five or more delegates are eligible for a 10% discount.
Are there special rates for sponsoring or exhibiting companies?
Yes. Delegates from sponsoring or exhibiting organisations are entitled to a preferential registration rate of USD 2,500. For further assistance, please contact the registration team at [email protected]
Can I register on-site?
On-site registration is available for delegates, but pre-registration is strongly advised to avoid delays.
Are session recordings or presentation slides available after the event?
Selected plenary and strategic sessions will be recorded. Access will be granted to the registered delegates post-Congress.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payments can be completed online using credit card (American Express, Visa or MasterCard) or bank transfer. On-site payments are accepted via credit card only.
Can payment be made after the Congress?
No, all registration fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the event.
What is the cancellation policy?
Registrations cancelled on or before 31 March 2026 are eligible for a full refund, minus the bank processing fee of 200 USD. Cancellations after this date are non-refundable.
Can someone attend in my place if I cannot attend?
Yes, you may designate a replacement delegate prior to 31 March 2026. Please contact the registration team at [email protected]
When is my booking confirmed?
Your booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received and you have successfully completed the mandatory accreditation form.
Can I attend the event without completing accreditation?
No. Accreditation is mandatory for all attendees and must be completed before attending the event.
Why do I need to complete accreditation?
Accreditation is a required security and identification process for all attendees. You must complete it before your booking can be confirmed and your badge issued. Further information and instructions will be shared soon.
Can I cancel my registration and get a refund?
You must give the Organiser Contact prior written notice (including by email) if you wish to cancel your registration to attend the Event (Client Cancellation Notice). Depending on the date of our receipt of the Client Cancellation Notice, and provided you have not already paid the relevant Fees , you must pay to us a charge equal to the amount of fees due and payable by you as at the date of receipt of the Client Cancellation Notice (and for the avoidance of doubt any amounts paid prior to such date, such as any deposit or pre-paid charges, shall not be refundable).
What is the registration fee for accompanying persons?
Registration fee for accompanying persons is USD 500 (including VAT).
Are badges required for accompanying persons?
Yes, all participants, including accompanying persons, must wear identification badges.
Can accompanying persons register on-site?
On-site registration is available, but pre-registration is recommended to ensure badge collection and program access.
