Visa Information & Venue Access
All international attendees travelling to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to participate in the event are required to obtain a valid Saudi visa prior to arrival, unless they are exempt under Saudi entry regulations.
Attendees from eligible countries may apply directly for a Saudi eVisa, which permits entry for events, exhibitions, and conferences. The eVisa is typically valid for one year, allows multiple entries, and permits stays of up to 90 days per visit, subject to nationality eligibility.
Please note that all individuals planning to visit the exhibition (“Trade Visitor” category) are solely responsible for securing their own visa. Visa applications must be submitted directly through the official Saudi eVisa portal. For more details, click here: https://visa.visitsaudi.com/
Any attendee holding a valid Saudi visa will be able to access the registration desks at the venue to collect their badge. This applies to both pre-registered attendees and those who choose to register onsite.
However, all attendees are strongly encouraged to complete their registration online in advance to ensure a smoother and faster check-in experience.
