Dr. Mohammad Saad Al-Zamanan is an accomplished accounting and finance professional with extensive experience at Kuwait Oil Company, serving as Senior Accountant for major projects and as a member of the Bid Opening Committee. He also worked as a delegated instructor at PAAE, Lecturer at the National Security College, demonstrating strong academic and training capabilities.
