András Szilasi is a seasoned expert in sustainability, with extensive experience in bioenergy, sustainable finance, green technologies, and ESG practices. His professional mission is to contribute to the green economic transition by assisting organizations in adopting the latest sustainability best practices and solutions. 
Currently, András serves as a Business Developer in the biomethane value chain at MOL Group, Hungary's largest company and a leading player in the oil and chemical industry in the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region. MOL Group places significant emphasis on biomethane within its renewable fuel strategy. 
In his previous role at MOL Group, András was instrumental in establishing the Sustainable Finance Department, which was responsible for monitoring and reporting on the company's green initiatives. During this time, he acquired comprehensive knowledge of the technical and legislative aspects of sustainable activities. Notably, the department produced MOL Group's first EU Taxonomy-aligned report. 
Before joining MOL Group, András worked as a Sustainable Consultant at BDO Hungary, where he developed the company's ESG and sustainable finance consulting services. He successfully led and completed several ESG-related projects, solidifying his expertise in the field.
