Márton Takács

As the Group Aviation Products Manager at MOL Group, Márton is overseeing an international team responsible for the jet fuel, sustainable aviation fuel and aviation gasoline sales and supply  in Central Europe, primarily in the countries of Hungary, Croatia and Slovakia. His team’s responsibilities span airport and airline partnerships, as well as wholesale operations focused on import and export flexibility — enabling optimization of production at the Group’s three refineries. 
Responsible for shaping the strategic direction of the aviation fuels portfolio, Márton’s team combines firsthand experience and market intelligence into actionable projects that define long-term developments within the Group. 
His leadership is strategic and collaborative, emphasizing adaptability in a sector recently facing substantial changes and volatility. With a track record of bridging operational excellence and innovation, Márton plays a key role in enhancing regional energy resilience. 
Previously serving as Aviation Trader, Márton brings deep commercial insight into aviation fuel markets and cross-border logistics, and has managed the introduction of sustainable aviation fuel in the core countries of the Group, which fueled his interest in curating submissions to Forum 15 of the Congress. 
Beyond his professional role, Márton is a devoted father and passionate athlete, enjoying bike rides with his son and recently completing an ultramarathon relay.
