Hadeel Darwish Al Aradi is a seasoned environmental and safety professional with over two decades of experience across the oil and gas sector, governmental institutions, and environmental consultancy. She currently serves as the Team Leader for Safety & Security of Oil Facilities at Kuwait’s Ministry of Oil, where she oversees health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance across critical operations. Hadeel is an active member of several national committees, including the UNFCCC delegation, the Sendai Framework Committee, and the National Strategy for Disaster Risk Reduction Team, demonstrating her strategic role in advancing Kuwait’s climate and safety agenda. 
 
Prior to her role at the Ministry, Hadeel held environmental specialist positions at Kuwait Oil Company (KOC), AMEC Foster Wheeler, and the Environmental Public Authority, contributing extensively to EIA studies, environmental audits, and sustainable development projects. She holds a BSc in Chemistry from Kuwait University and has completed internationally recognized training including NEBOSH, ISO 9001:2015, and multiple HSE certifications. 
 
Fluent in Arabic and English, Hadeel is known for her leadership, crisis management capabilities, and dedication to environmental protection and regulatory compliance. Her career reflects a commitment to bridging science, policy, and operational safety in service of Kuwait’s environmental and energy goals
