Vlada Streletskaya is currently employed as a Director of the Russian National Committee of the WPC Energy and an expert of the International Competence Centre for Mining Engineering Education under the auspices of UNESCO.
In 2009 she graduated from the K.I. Satbayev Kazakh National Research Technical University (Almaty, Kazakhstan) with a degree in Development and Operation of Oil and Gas Fields. In 2011 Vlada got Master's degree at Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas (Moscow, Russia), specialty "Development of offshore oil and gas condensate fields". She completed a one-year internship (2014-2015) at the University of Stavanger (Stavanger, Norway), as well as a six-month internship (2017) at the Karlsruhe University of Technology (Karlsruhe, Germany).
She started her career at Gubkin University as an Executive assistant of the Vice Chancellor on International Affairs (2011-2014), an Executive assistant to Rector (2014-2023) and a teaching assistant at Offshore Field Development department. Vlada is still engaged in research, teaching and educational work at Saint-Petersburg Mining University. She was a speaker, moderator, program committee member and organizer of many international conferences and forums. Author of 9 scientific papers and publications. Also Vlada is SPE Moscow section chairperson.
