Gerda Koncz

Currently I am professional assistant to Group CEO and Group HR Senior Vice President at MOL Group. 
In terms of my educational background, I am an industrial and organizational psychologist. During my studies, I worked as an organizational development trainee at a company specializing in organizational and leadership development. I earned my Master's degree in 2020, and that same year, I began working at MOL Group as a Competence Development expert. After spending more than two years in Downstream, I transitioned to HR to support the Group HR SVP. In this role, I act as an advisor by providing insights, analysis, and recommendations on critical HR initiatives and organizational matters, as well as facilitating communication and decision-making between leaders. My role has since expanded to include comprehensive executive support to the Group Chief Executive Officer, which involves preparing top management forums and presentations, and reviewing decision-making materials.
