Rufaydah Alyamani is a strategy and climate professional with experience spanning energy portfolio strategy, international initiatives, and carbon management. She began her career at Saudi Aramco as a geophysicist, later progressing into unconventional resources portfolio strategy, where she contributed to the planning and optimization of upstream energy assets.


She currently leads the International Initiatives team at the Ministry of Energy, Saudi Arabia, under the Deputyship of Sustainability and Climate Change, where she oversees engagement across major global platforms including Mission Innovation and the Clean Energy Ministerial. Her work focuses on advancing carbon management, innovation, and stakeholder collaboration through international partnerships. Rufaydah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geophysics from the University of Houston and a Master’s degree in Sustainability and Environmental Management from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM), bringing a combination of technical understanding and strategic insight to the intersection of energy and climate.
