Amer Al Ajmi is an accomplished senior management executive with over 25 years of expertise in Engineering. He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Alfanar Engineering Services, where his strategic leadership and resilience in overcoming challenges leave an enduring impact on the Power Generation, Transmission, and Distribution sectors. 

In addition, Amer serves as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Alfanar Projects, driving initiatives to enhance brand presence, global visibility, and sustainable growth. Leading the export business of Global Development and EPC portfolios across 14 countries, Amer’s deep-rooted leadership qualities have significantly contributed to the success of the company’s diverse business units. 

Amer is also a prominent figure in international business, known for forging strategic partnerships and advancing cross-border collaboration. He serves as a Board Member of the Saudi Spanish Business Council, and the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering International (AACEI)—Saudi Section, reinforcing global economic and business ties while promoting excellence in project controls.
