Najla Alsudairy

Najla Alsudairy is the Manager of Advocacy and International Affairs, where she leads efforts to advance the realization of the OSP’s opportunities through international platforms, government-to-government (G2G) engagement, and credible global policy dialogue. 

She previously served as Head of the Policy and Awareness Department at OSP, where she played a key role in identifying high-impact international events, shaping strategic messaging, and strengthening the program’s global positioning. 

In her current role, Najla works to advance a balanced global energy mix that recognizes the environmental and economic value of hydrocarbon materials and solutions. Her efforts promote holistic, practical, and realistic approaches to energy access, ensuring that international standards reflect both sustainability priorities and real-world development needs. 

Prior to joining OSP, Najla served within the Circular Carbon Economy (CCE) Program at the Saudi Ministry of Energy, contributing to the program’s engagement strategy and helping shape foundational principles for the establishment and localization of advanced carbon emission management technologies under the CCE framework. 

Before her work at the Ministry, she was part of the G20 Saudi Secretariat, where she contributed to the successful delivery of the 2020 G20 Saudi Presidency in Riyadh. 

At the start of her career, Najla worked as a Program Officer at the Middle East Institute, where she supported the development of advocacy platforms that enabled the publication and promotion of research on Middle East and North Africa political strategies. 

Najla holds a dual degree in Economics and Middle and Near Eastern Politics from Smith College in Northampton, Massachusetts.
