Alanoud Alshurayam

Alanoud Alshuraym is the Director General of Digital Enterprise Architecture at the Ministry of Energy in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where she leads the strategic alignment of technology, digital capabilities, and enterprise architecture with the Ministry’s long-term vision for the energy sector. 

In her role, Alanoud drives the development of a future-ready digital architecture that enables innovation, strengthens data-driven decision-making, and supports the Ministry’s mission to advance a resilient and globally competitive energy ecosystem. Her work plays a key role in accelerating digital transformation across the organization and enhancing the Ministry’s standing in international digital maturity and government innovation indices. 

Alanoud brings extensive cross-sector experience spanning global technology firms and leading national institutions. Prior to joining the Ministry of Energy, she held roles at Intel, the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul), and Avent in the United States, where she worked on technology strategy, enterprise systems, and digital transformation initiatives. 

She holds a Master’s degree in Information Management and is widely recognized for her expertise in enterprise architecture, digital governance, and strategic technology leadership. Alanoud is a strong advocate for leveraging technology to drive institutional transformation and sustainable growth within the energy sector.
