Dr. Trygve Randen

Trygve Randen is a Norwegian executive and scientist serving as Senior Vice President for Digital Products & Solutions at SLB. He earned a Ph.D. in digital pattern recognition from NTNU.

Joining Schlumberger in 1995, Randen spent a decade in research before advancing through major leadership roles, including SIS President and Business Line Director. He has been instrumental in spearheading core innovations like Petrel and the DELFI cognitive E&P environment. Based in London, he is married with four children and enjoys outdoor pursuits like mountaineering, rock climbing, and skiing.
