Zainub Noor is a global energy strategy and technology leader with extensive experience advancing innovation, transformation, operations, and growth across conventional and emerging energy sectors. She is currently Managing Director at Energy Pulse, where she leads energy systems analysis and industry strategy. Previously, she served as Senior Director of Low Carbon Solutions at Halliburton, where she led strategy for decarbonization and new energy initiatives to meet global energy demand, reduce emissions, and enable a more sustainable energy future. She has also held senior leadership roles including Director of Technology & Innovation at Halliburton Labs, where she guided investments in emerging technologies and advanced innovations from concept to commercialization, and Global Head of Technology for Field Development and Production Operations in oil and gas, where she led digital transformation, industrial decarbonization, production optimization, and digital twin programs with operators worldwide. An accomplished energy executive, Noor has led high-performing international teams, directed multimillion-dollar transformation programs, and shaped global energy transition strategies.
