How to Submit an Abstract?

  • Click on the 'Submit Your Abstract' button to initiate your abstract submission process. Please review the abstract guidelines beforehand.
  • You must create a username and password. Save your login credentials. Once you have created your account, click on the 'Continue to Form' button.
  • Fill in the abstract details.
  • Fill in the speaker details (the poster or paper may be presented by a different person to the author), co-author details and any secondary contact details and other requested information. Click on the 'Complete' button.
  • You will receive an abstract submission confirmation email from [email protected] directly after the online submission. If you do not receive anything, please check your junk/spam folder.
  • If you would like to submit another abstract, please click on the Submit You Abstract button, login to your account again and submit the new abstract details following the steps above. There is no limit to how many abstracts you can submit per Forum or the number of Forums you can submit in.

Your participation in the Technical Programme will ensure that you receive:

  • Access to the 25th WPC Energy Congress, Technical Programme and exhibition area.
  • Your biography along with photograph will be published and promoted on the following but not limited to: Congress website, brochure, marketing campaigns, newsletters, press releases, social media, post-event reports, future events, and references.
