Visa information
All international attendees travelling to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to participate in the event are required to obtain a valid Saudi visa prior to arrival, unless they are exempt under Saudi entry regulations.
Attendees from eligible countries may apply directly for a Saudi eVisa, which permits entry for events, exhibitions, and conferences. The eVisa is typically valid for one year, allows multiple entries, and permits stays of up to 90 days per visit, subject to nationality eligibility.
For delegates, speakers and exhibitors, visa support is available subject to completing their online registration via the 25th WPC Energy Congress registration dashboard.
Access to the venue is granted to all registered attendees. A valid passport, national ID, or resident ID must be presented to collect the event badge.
However, all attendees are strongly encouraged to complete their registration online in advance to ensure a smoother and faster check-in experience.
