Chief Operating Officer, Business Unit Energy & Resources, TÜV NORD GROUP 
Silvio Konrad has been Chairman of the Management Board of TÜV NORD EnSys and Chief Operating Officer of the Business Unit Energy & Resources in the TÜV NORD GROUP since January 2024. 
His area of responsibility in the Business Unit Energy & Resources includes the operational Business Fields Clean Energy Solutions and Renewables as well as other focus topics from the energy sector, including energy infrastructure systems, energy storage, grids and hydrogen. Since 2020, he has been coordinating the cross-divisional platform HydroHub, an initiative of TÜV NORD GROUP companies that bundles the expertise, product development and processing of hydrogen-related projects. 
From 2016 to 2023, he was one of the Managing Directors of the Business Unit Industrial Services at TÜV NORD, responsible for the strategic Energy business segment. Before joining TÜV NORD, Silvio Konrad worked for General Electric for almost 20 years in various management positions in Germany, the EMEA region and internationally.
