Mr. Kirichenko graduated from the Graduate School of Management (the top-ranked business school in Russia) and the Faculty of Economics at Saint Petersburg State University. In addition, Arsenii conducted research at Gubkin Oil and Gas University, focusing on the economic competitiveness of various energy sources in the power generation sector.
